My name is James Lee Chiahan and I'm a Taiwanese-Canadian artist based in Montreal. This shop is a way for me to get my smaller original drawings and paintings out into the world.
📃 Art certificate?
Drawings and paintings are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity with care instructions and contact information. Each one is unique and one-of-kind like the piece it's paired with and is signed, dated, and stamped.
✈ Shipping service
Canada Post Xpresspost and Canada Post Expedited Parcel will be used to ship out all orders. If you'd like to request a different service such as UPS or DHL, I can send an additional invoice to amend the difference in shipping fees.
⏱ Delivery time
I'll usually ship out within 2-4 business days of receiving orders. Delivery times will vary depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Projected arrival by air (via Canada Post):
• Canada: 1-2 business days
• United States: 3-4 business days
• International: 4-7 business days
🌏 International orders & exceptions
Because all listed shipping rates are estimated, you'll be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order should there be a significant difference in shipping costs. An additional invoice to amend shipping fees will be sent your way or your order can be cancelled and refunded.
❔ Return and exchange policy
E-mail within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund and cancellation. Otherwise, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
🔒 Checkout & security
The checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express are all accepted. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
